January ATCs

Yes, I have finally found some time to get back to cutting. It feels good to be back! These are this month's ATCs. The theme was botanicals. I found an illustration of sprouting beans in an old biology book and thought that they would be a good thing to base the cuttings on. Each cut is a different stage of bean sprouting.

I have posted them in order of growth.

The leaves took the longest to cut.

Cool. I like the way the proportions between the yellow and green papers change as the plant grows. They would look great framed together. Know any gardeners, or biology teachers who need decor for their classroom? :-)

Jeff wants to know what kind of tools you use to cut, and how often you have to sharpen or change your blade.

I need to get back to my snipping too. There's just so many other things to play with out there!
